Concrete Lifting & Leveling
Raise Your Concrete — Don't Replace It
If your concrete has settled, cracked, or become uneven, Colorado Concrete Lifting has the solution. We specialize in polyurethane foam concrete lifting, a fast, cost-effective alternative to full concrete replacement. Serving homeowners and businesses throughout the Denver area, we help restore sidewalks, driveways, patios, and more.
What Is Concrete Lifting?
Concrete lifting (also called concrete leveling or slab jacking) involves injecting high-density polyurethane foam beneath sunken or uneven concrete slabs. The foam expands to fill voids and gently lifts the slab back to its original position — all with minimal disruption
Our Concrete Lifting Process
At Colorado Concrete Lifting, we use a proven method to lift and level your concrete with minimal disruption and long-lasting results:
1. Drill
We begin by drilling a series of small, ⅝" holes into the affected concrete slab.
2. Pump
Next, we inject high-performance NCFI polyurethane foam — powered by PolyPier — beneath the slab. The expanding foam fills voids and gently lifts the concrete back to its original level.
3. Patch
Once the slab is properly lifted, we fill the ⅝" holes with concrete to blend seamlessly with the existing surface.
4. Seal
We fill and seal cracks and control joints with a durable, silicone-based caulking to prevent water intrusion and future shifting.
Note: In some cases, concrete may be too broken or severely settled to lift. If that’s the case, we partner with a trusted concrete contractor to fully replace the slab.
